Our 45 minute Trampoline HIIT class takes cardio to new heights with heart-pumping jumps on the trampoline, paired with booty bands, dumbbells, and elastic bands for total-body toning. You’ll squat, jump, press, and groove through high-energy intervals that torch calories while staying easy on the joints. It’s fitness that feels like a party—leaving you stronger, more balanced, and smiling from ear to ear!
